1. Information about LC creative d.o.o.

2. Acceptance of terms

By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Services provided

LC creative d.o.o. provides the following services under the name Metropole Studio:

Communication Diagnostic

A structured review running two to three weeks. We audit how you currently explain yourself, where that explanation breaks inside the buying committee, and what you should own instead. Deliverables are a written analysis and a twelve-month communication plan naming which assets you need in what order, with budgets attached. The plan is yours whether or not you go on to produce anything with us.

Brand film and video production

Scripting, direction, production and post-production of brand films, product explainers, product demos, case study films and recruitment film. Scope, format and budget are set by the diagnostic or agreed per proposal. Handover includes the agreed masters, subtitle files and any versions specified in the statement of work.

Retainer

Ongoing operation of your communication output — sales assets, event material, recruiting film, and the strategy behind them — at an agreed monthly scope and fee.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time, with or without notice.

4. User responsibilities

By using our services you agree to:

• provide accurate and up-to-date information when required;
• use the services only for lawful purposes;
• not copy, modify, distribute, or misuse our content or systems; and
• comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Payments and refunds

Where services involve fees, the following applies unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Billing frequency and project fees are agreed per proposal or contract. All fees are due according to the plan or invoice you accept. By submitting payment information, you authorise LC creative d.o.o. to process payments as described.

6. Intellectual property

All materials, software, content, and trademarks made available through the services are the exclusive property of LC creative d.o.o. or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights or licences beyond what is expressly agreed in writing (for example in a statement of work or licence clause).

7. Termination

LC creative d.o.o. may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if continued access may cause harm to LC creative d.o.o. or other users. Upon termination, rights granted under these Terms cease except where they naturally survive (such as payment obligations and intellectual property provisions).

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LC creative d.o.o. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or revenue, arising from your use of the services. In any case, LC creative d.o.o.’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to LC creative d.o.o. in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LC creative d.o.o., its affiliates, directors, and employees from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the services or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ljubljana.
